Post the top string of characters you see. Those will identify the manufactuer and model of each device and I will try and find the XP drivers for those devices and send you the links to the drivers.
Hi Paul very much appreciated your reply. Actually you are right I am having problem to find XP drivers for this model. I have just received this used laptop as a gift from my uncle who bought a new one for his use and unfortunately the cd that came with it has already been loss. Anyway I have tried to install Windows 7 Home Premium and to my surprise some drivers or windows 7 drivers work on some component e. Can you help me to get the right Windows 7 home premium drivers instead?
Or is it better to use Windows XP? Install this chipset driver first and reboot. That should get rid of the missing coprocessor driver. Please click on the unknown device in the device manager. Then click on the Details tab. In the Properties drop down list, select the second item Hardware ID's. Those will identify the manufacturer and model of the unknown device and I can send you the link to the drivers.
I have said that when I installed Windows 7 Home Premium almost all the components was installed except for the 3 components in which you gave me the driver links. Is it ok if you could also give the links for the video and webcam under device manager imaging device is installed but i can't use the webcam.
And also i wonder why sometimes when i turn on the laptop there's no activity blackout but the power is on. I don't know about the blackout issue. Be connected to the internet. Click on your video adapter in the device manager. Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver. Select the automatic search. Maybe Windows Update has a newer driver that might fix that issue.
